End-User License Agreement (EULA)

A. Terms for All Users

Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Selling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or otherwise commercially distributing the Software.
• Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Creating derivative works based on the Software.
• Redistributing, sharing, or making the Software available to third parties without the Author's written consent.
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Software.

Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by copyright laws, international treaties, and other intellectual property rights. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Author.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility with Your hardware. The Author does not warrant that the Software will meet Your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Author be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities) arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Author's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software, if any.

Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if You breach any term. Upon termination, You must cease use and destroy all copies of the Software. The Author may also terminate for any reason with notice. Sections on restrictions, IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

Export Controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not to export or re-export the Software in violation of such laws.

Refunds

Refunds are handled per the sales platform's policy (e.g., Gumroad). No refunds for the Free Tier.

Third-Party Components

The Software contains open-source components licensed under the Apache License 2.0. These are provided "AS IS" and governed by their respective licenses, copies of which are included with the Software.

B. Additional Terms for Free Tier

Grant of License. The Author grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Free Tier for personal, non-commercial evaluation purposes only.

Limitations. The Free Tier includes restrictions such as: 20 files per month (rolling 30 days), max 5 pages per file, no batch processing, and no CSV audit reports. These are enforced locally for testing.

C. Additional Terms for Premium Tier

Grant of License. Upon valid purchase and payment, the Author grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Premium Tier for personal or internal business purposes on one device.

Features. The Premium Tier removes all Free Tier limitations, enabling unlimited files/pages, batch processing, audit reports, and cancellation controls.

Updates. No automatic updates are provided; check Gumroad for manual downloads. Future major versions may require separate purchase.

D. General Provisions

• Governing Law. This EULA is governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wroclaw, Poland.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
• Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Author, superseding prior understandings. Amendments must be in writing signed by the Author.
